We value a diverse and inclusive work environment. To ensure these pillars, we have created several initiatives.*

Created in 2020, BTG Diversity is BTG Pactual’s Diversity Committee. It was established to ensure inclusion and diversity within the Bank, ensuring that the talents within our institution feel comfortable and reach their full potential without concern about labels and in alignment with our meritocratic model.

To strengthen the female presence at BTG Pactual, we have created the Coffee with Partners, an initiative that brings together female partners and employees from different teams and seniority levels for enriching conversations, when partners share their journeys and experiences and employees can discuss their challenges and aspirations.
