Diversity

We value a diverse and inclusive work environment. To ensure these pillars, we have created several initiatives.*

Diversity Committee
Created in 2020, BTG Diversity is BTG Pactual’s Diversity Committee. It was established to ensure inclusion and diversity within the Bank, ensuring that the talents within our institution feel comfortable and reach their full potential without concern about labels and in alignment with our meritocratic model.
Coffee with Partners
To strengthen the female presence at BTG Pactual, we have created the Coffee with Partners, an initiative that brings together female partners and employees from different teams and seniority levels for enriching conversations, when partners share their journeys and experiences and employees can discuss their challenges and aspirations.

BTG Pride

It aims at creating a respectful, safe, and healthy environment for LGBTI+ people; promoting equality of opportunity and treatment; ensuring respect for LGBTI+ rights in communication, marketing, services, and client support areas; and various other initiatives.

BTG Blacks

It aims at creating and maintaining a more inclusive environment by respecting racial rights; developing actions highlighting the importance of racial inclusion; and attracting and retaining talent with a focus on black professionals, ensuring an increasingly diverse workforce.

BTG PWDs

It seeks to develop awareness campaigns on the topic; promote a culture of inclusion; and ensure accessibility with autonomy, safety, and equal working conditions for all people in every aspect.

BTG Women

It also aims at accelerating the representation of women, especially in leadership positions, while maintaining a meritocratic and open environment; creating a support and development network focused on attracting, retaining, and promoting women; and engaging men and women in this cause with various initiatives, among other actions.

Social Responsibility
